Spencer Skinner brings years of coaching experience and a lifelong passion for baseball to AIM Sports Complex. For the past four years, he has served as an Assistant Baseball Coach at the high school level while also spending the last three seasons coaching with the Wilson Post 13 Legion team. His love for the game began early, inspired by family and strengthened through the friendships and lessons built on the field.
Specializing in hitting development and infield defense, Spencer is dedicated to helping players sharpen their skills, build confidence, and approach the game with discipline. His coaching philosophy emphasizes the development of well-rounded athletes—focusing not only on performance, but also on teamwork, work ethic, and personal growth.
