Mackenzie
Taylor

Mackenzie Taylor brings years of competitive softball experience and a passion for player development to AIM Sports Complex. Originally from Mebane, North Carolina, she is a senior at Barton College, where she has been a three-year starter on the softball team. While her primary position is shortstop, Mackenzie takes pride in her versatility and ability to play anywhere on the field.

A natural competitor, she began her career as a right-handed hitter before transitioning into a left-handed slapper—a skill she has refined over the past three years. Prior to her collegiate career, Mackenzie was a standout at Eastern Alamance High School, where she became a 2x 3A State Champion.

Today, Mackenzie is dedicated to giving back to the game by helping young athletes grow in skill, confidence, and love for softball. From fielding to hitting to slapping, she shares the lessons learned through her own journey to inspire and develop the next generation of players.

Our Shared Mission

At AIM Sports Complex, our team shares a passion for sports, mentorship, and community. Each staff member brings unique experiences and skills, but we are united by a single vision—to provide athletes of all ages with a place to grow, both on and off the field. We believe in teaching the game the right way, building confidence through discipline and encouragement, and creating an environment where families feel welcome and athletes feel inspired. More than just a facility, AIM is a community dedicated to developing not only strong players but strong people.
