You DO NOT need a membership to participate in any of our activities; however, members receive savings on all activities.
If you would like to cancel your membership, simply send us an email at [email protected] before the 1st of the next month, and we will cancel your membership for you. Keep in mind that there is an early termination fee for those memberships under a contract. This early termination fee will be equal to 4 monthly payments at the monthly rate you are committed to.
Memberships are auto-billed on the 1st of each month. If, for any reason, you have a past due balance on your account, this balance will be charged on the 1st of the month following the activity.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring your helmets and bats, or you can rent them from us on-site.
Yes! Our facility is family-friendly and monitored for safety. Cages are regularly cleaned and inspected. We also offer guidance on appropriate machine speeds for kids.
Yes, we do! Our packages include access to batting cages, a party room, and optional add-ons like decor, food, and party assistants.
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your food, snacks, and decorations — or let us handle it for you with our customizable party packages.
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend parties.
