I opened AIM Sports Complex to combine my lifelong passion for baseball with my desire to help athletes grow on and off the field. With more than seven years of coaching experience, I’ve dedicated myself to developing players and instilling the values of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. After graduating from Williamston High School, I proudly served three years in the National Guard, completing basic training and Bradley Tank (11M) schooling at Fort Benning, Georgia.

Following my service, I earned a degree in Applied Engineering from Wilson Tech, which gave me a strong technical foundation and problem-solving skills that I bring into everything I do. AIM is more than just a sports facility to me—it’s a place where athletes of all ages can train, compete, and build lasting confidence for the future.

Our Shared Mission

At AIM Sports Complex, our team shares a passion for sports, mentorship, and community. Each staff member brings unique experiences and skills, but we are united by a single vision—to provide athletes of all ages with a place to grow, both on and off the field. We believe in teaching the game the right way, building confidence through discipline and encouragement, and creating an environment where families feel welcome and athletes feel inspired. More than just a facility, AIM is a community dedicated to developing not only strong players but strong people.
